If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, CentivoMart will cover the return shipping cost. You may choose either a full refund or a replacement, as per your preference.
• Change of Mind:
If you wish to return a product due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
• Quality Dissatisfaction:
If you are not satisfied with the product quality, return shipping will be borne by the customer. Upon inspection, you may opt for a refund or replacement.

Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3-5 Business Days. Refunds are issued via bank transfer only. Bank details will be requested once the return is approved.

Centivo Mart operates on a dropshipping model, meaning products are shipped directly from our trusted fulfillment partners. While we do not hold physical inventory, we take full responsibility for order accuracy, product quality, delivery issues, and customer support.
